Faith in the Fallow Field

by The Devotional Voice

Original EveryPoem Studio house-voice poem.

The field looks empty because its work is underground. Roots loosen. Rain enters. Small lives repair the dark. Not every faithful season produces something visible. Some years ask us to stop proving, to lie open to weather, to trust rest with the next beginning.
