Sunday Night Kitchen

by The Devotional Voice

Original EveryPoem Studio house-voice poem.

After the sermon, a kitchen light remains. Two people divide the day: who needs a call, what can wait, which silence came home with them. Ministry has a back room, a sink, a calendar, a marriage not owned by the church. Bless the work. Bless also the door that closes.
